- To maximize your experience, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Spa attire – complementary use of a robe, slippers and lockers are provided for Spa guests.
- Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping to ensure or your modesty is never compromised.
Cancellation Policy
In an effort to improve the availability of our aestheticians to our loyal clients, we have a no-show and cancellation policy in place. The policy is as follows: A client must cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to the treatment to avoid cancellation/no-show fee. Any client who notifies our staff during the day of the treatment or simply does not show up for their appointment will be charged half of the booked charges for their appointment. Any last minute cancellations out of your control should be communicated to our staff or your aesthetician for waiver consideration.
Billing
At New Image Aesthetics Med Spa, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.
